We will deliver to the majority of all UK Mainland Areas you can enquire by email or our WhatsApp service to confirm if unsure. Map guidance of our delivery coverage is located below.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the following postcode areas: AB, EH, FK, G, KY, ML, TD, ZE, DD, BT, DG, PO, JE, IM, GY, IV, HS, KA, KW, PH, ZE, PA and TD.

Our Delivery is officially door to door, it is at the driver’s discretion if access is clear to be taken to your designated room. Arrangements for delivery and installation has to be arranged with our self under the special request section when ordering there will be a delivery and installation charge for this service. We will not be held responsible for goods that are too large to get in and around the house at delivery point as this should be the responsibility and onus of the customer prior to ordering. Please use our guide (prior to ordering) on how to measure your property to ascertain whether your chosen products will fit in to your home. You can send a video of the door frame and the room. and we may also require measurements so we can approve if the product will fit through the door and inside the room.

Single, small double and double mattresses will be delivered by a one-man delivery service to your front door or the main entrance of your block of flats or apartment. If you need additional help to get your items to your room of choice, an upgraded 2-man service can be requested subject to a minimum of £35 surcharge (prices may vary depending on product – this service is not available on all items, please call or email us to check). The one-man delivery will take place on the agreed day between 7am – 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) we will notify you before delivery a time slot.

Heavier items such as king-size and super king-size mattresses and divans will be upgraded free of charge to the 2-man delivery team, who will deliver to your room of choice as long as access is clear.  A three-hour time slot will be given on the day prior to delivery by either text or email.

In the event the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with an approximate delivery lead time you may re-select to an alternative ‘in stock’ product at this point.

Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress before delivery takes place, there may be rare occasions due to circumstances beyond our control when we cannot deliver on the agreed date.

Most goods will require some sort of assembly it is the responsibility of the buyer to assemble the goods. Instructions will be given.

Free Delivery Terms

Items that eligible for free delivery are offered with a free next day delivery aim, this is for orders placed before 12pm the previous day. Please note: Not all products qualify for next day delivery.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery items will take between 2-7 days. Items that are made to order will take longer, see information for Bespoke Products.

Bespoke Products

Bespoke products have a 4-5-week lead time at the moment prior to delivery, our customer service team will be on hand to fulfill any of your queries but also keep you up to date of when your product has entered production and ready for delivery. These products come with free delivery and the terms above will apply regarding clear access and delivery. Bespoke products are offered with either standard delivery or a delivery and assembly option. The assembly option will incur a £50 surcharge which can be selected on the product page.
